When will my order arrive?

Standard delivery takes 3-7 working days from dispatch. You’ll receive tracking info the moment your order leaves our warehouse, so you know exactly when to expect it. Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday typically ship same day.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Absolutely — but catch us quickly! If your order hasn’t shipped yet (usually within 24 hours), message us on WhatsApp immediately and we’ll sort it. Once it’s dispatched, you can still return it hassle-free within 30 days.

What if the light doesn’t fit my room?

It happens — and it’s completely fine. You have 30 days to return any item if it’s not quite right. Just make sure it’s unused and in original packaging. Contact us via WhatsApp and we’ll arrange collection or send you a prepaid returns label.

Do I need an electrician to install these lights?

Most of our fixtures are designed for easy DIY installation — if you can change a light bulb and use a screwdriver, you’re golden. We include clear instructions with every order. That said, if you’re replacing a ceiling fixture or dealing with hardwiring, we always recommend using a qualified electrician for safety (and insurance purposes).

Are your lights suitable for UK electrical systems?

Yes! Every single product in our collection is tested and certified for UK standards (CE marked, BS EN compliant). All fixtures come with UK-compatible fittings. No adapters, no faff.

What bulbs do I need?Each product page clearly states the bulb type required (E27, E14, GU10, etc.). Most of our lights use standard LED bulbs you can pick up anywhere — or we can recommend compatible options. Pro tip: LED bulbs last years and slash your energy bills.

Do you charge customs or import fees?

Not for UK orders — ever. Everything ships from our UK warehouse, so what you see at checkout is exactly what you pay. No surprise charges when the courier arrives.

What’s your returns policy?
