If you order by our recommended 7th December deadline and your lamp hasn’t arrived by 23rd December, we’ll immediately refund you in full – absolutely no questions asked. You can then reorder next year at same promotional price, or keep the refund. This is our Christmas delivery guarantee. Orders placed after 7th December have reduced guarantee protection as we approach manufacturer’s final 10th December deadline.
