We accept returns within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, and tags must be included
  • A proof of purchase (invoice or order number) is required
  • You must contact us before returning any item – unapproved returns will not be accepted

🇬🇧 UK & 🇪🇺 EU Customers

Under consumer protection laws, customers in the United Kingdom and European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

  • Once you notify us of your decision to withdraw, you have 30 additional days to return the product
  • Refunds include the full price of the product plus standard delivery costs
  • Return shipping costs remain your responsibility
  • You do not need to provide a reason for returning

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility
  • Refunds will cover the price of the product only (excluding shipping costs)
  • Returned items must be unused and in their original condition
  • Please contact us before returning any product

  1. Returning Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

What to Include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the damage or defect

What Happens Next:

  • We will review your claim within 2 business days
  • If approved, we’ll offer a replacement, repair, or full refund
  • We will cover return shipping costs for defective items
  • You may be provided with a prepaid return label

Step 1: Return Approval

  • We will provide return instructions and address

Step 2: Ship the Item

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  • Use a tracked and insured shipping method
  • Send the item to the address provided

Step 3: Inspection

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 3 business days
  • We will notify you by email once the inspection is complete

Step 4: Refund

  • If approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 business days
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider

Refund Timing:

  • We may delay your refund until:
  • We receive the returned item, or
  • You provide proof of return shipment (tracking number)

  1. Return Shipping Costs
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the item is defective or sent in error)
  • We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for items valued over £75 / €75 / AED 275
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
  • We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) returns

Important:
If you are returning a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs and may provide a prepaid return label.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Personal or hygiene-related products once opened (e.g., cosmetics, intimate items)
  • Custom or made-to-order products (personalized items)
  • Items returned used, incomplete, damaged, or missing original packaging (unless the damage occurred during shipping or due to our error)
  • Gift cards or digital products
  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked as non-returnable)

  1. How to Request a Return or Withdrawal

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return (optional but helpful)
  • Whether you prefer a refund, replacement, or exchange

UK/EU Customers:
You may also use the standard EU withdrawal form if you prefer. This can be downloaded from the European Commission website.

What Happens Next:

  • We will respond within 1-2 business days
  • We will provide the return address and any additional instructions
  • Please do not return items without contacting us first – unapproved returns may not be accepted

  1. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or product:

  1. Return the original item following our return process
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

This ensures you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.

  1. Refund to Original Payment Method

All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days after refund is processed
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after refund is processed
  • Klarna: Refund will be credited to your Klarna account

We cannot issue refunds to a different payment method or bank account.

  1. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 14 business days:

  • Refunds can take 5-10 business days to appear after processing

Step 2: Contact your bank or card provider

  • There may be a processing delay on their end

  • If you still have not received your refund, email us at contact@baïty.com with your order number
  • We will investigate and provide proof of refund processing

  1. Cancellations

Before Dispatch:

  • You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched
  • Contact us immediately at contact@baïty.com with your order number
  • If payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund within 7 business days

After Dispatch:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it
  • You may refuse delivery or return the item once you receive it under our standard return policy
