  • EU: DHL, DPD, PostNL
  • UAE: Aramex, Emirates Post

Multiple Parcels:
Some multi-item orders may be shipped in separate parcels, depending on stock availability and warehouse locations. You will receive separate tracking information for each parcel.

Track Your Order:

  • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched
  • Click the tracking link in the email to monitor your delivery in real-time
  • You can also track your order on the carrier’s website using the tracking number

Tracking Updates:

  • Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to become active after dispatch
  • If your tracking has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us at contact@baïty.com

  1. Order Processing Time

Before your order is shipped, it goes through our order processing and fulfillment stage:

  • Standard orders: Processed within 1-3 business days
  • Made-to-order items: Processing may take 5-10 business days
  • Pre-order items: Processing time will be specified on the product page

Processing Time = Time Before Dispatch:
Your order processing time is separate from delivery time. For example:

  • Processing time: 2 business days
  • Delivery time: 7 business days
  • Total time: 9 business days

  1. Customs, Duties & Taxes

🌍 International Orders (Outside UK/EU):

  • Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees may apply to your order
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping costs
  • We have no control over these charges and cannot predict the amount
  • Customs delays may occur and are outside of our control

📦 Customs Declaration:
We declare the accurate value of all shipments on customs forms as required by law. We cannot mark items as “gifts” or undervalue items to avoid customs fees.

🇪🇺 EU Orders:
For orders shipped within the EU, VAT is included in the price where applicable.

  1. Delivery Issues

📭 Delayed Delivery:
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time:

  • Check your tracking information for updates
  • Contact the carrier directly for more details
  • If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us at contact@baïty.com

📦 Lost or Missing Packages:
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:

  • Check with neighbors, building reception, or household members
  • Check safe places where the carrier may have left the package
  • Contact the carrier with your tracking number
  • If unresolved after 7 days, contact us at contact@baïty.com and we will investigate

🚪 Incorrect Address:

  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • If you realize your address is incorrect after placing your order, contact us immediately – we may be able to update it before dispatch

  1. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the carrier attempts delivery and no one is available:

  • You will receive a notification from the carrier
  • The package may be held at a local depot or post office for collection
  • If the package is not collected within the carrier’s timeframe, it will be returned to us
  • We will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional shipping fees may apply for redelivery)

  1. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If your package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Refused delivery
  • Unclaimed after multiple delivery attempts

We will notify you and offer the following options:

  • Reship the order (you may be charged for return shipping costs)
  • Issue a refund minus original shipping costs (if applicable)

  1. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Before Dispatch:

  • You may modify or cancel your order before it has been dispatched
  • Contact us immediately at contact@baïty.com with your order number
  • If your order has not yet been processed, we will make the changes or cancel it

After Dispatch:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you cannot modify or cancel it
  • You may refuse delivery or return the item once you receive it under our Returns Policy
